I have been doing awesome!!! I haven't missed a day of walking in I can't even remember when!!

Saturday, we had a birthday dinner party and I calculated the meal to be about 50 points. That day, I walked for an hour after I woke up and I ate very very light during the day. I had not touched my 35 extra points that week, so I was confident that I could eat everything in moderation. The food was so good, and I wanted more at that moment, but after a few minutes, I knew that I was full and content.

On Sunday, I wanted to get more exercise in, so I walked one hour and thirty minutes in the morning, I landscaped for 2 hours and then I walked for another hour before going inside. I was melting with sweat, with the landscaping. I really should have showered and changed my clothing before the next walk, because my bathing suit was drenched in salty sweat. By the end of the walk, I was very uncomfortable. After I showered, I felt like a million bucks again!

Can you believe that I am 7 pounds away from my goal weight!!! amazing!!!

Sandy gave me her fat jeans and they fit me perfect, in fact, I am sure they will be too loose very quickly!!!

Cocoa Almonds = 2 points
Habanero and BBQ Almonds = 2 points
Salad = 6 points
SF Rice Pudding = 1 point
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Chicken = 5 points
Canteloupe = 1 point
Total = 18 points

I am feeling great and loving feeling lighter!!

Sea ya!!

  1. So happy to hear you're so close to your goal weight!

    I have to look through my closet to see if there's any more things I can give you. Those were stretchy jeans...that's why I think they fit you so well.

  2. Melinda, that is fantastic!!! walking makes such a difference but is such a sacrifice!!!! I on the other hand gained 2 lbs this weekend...I need to do something drastic....

  3. Sandy, keep looking lol

    Yoli, you do not need anything drastic! You need commitment, like you always have done it. Sacrifice a month or two and you will be at goal weight before Thanksgiving. Just think how nice to be at goal during the holidays!!

I love comments, whether they are praises or "get your ass in gear" or quotes or a motivational tid bit....JUST SAY IT AS IT IS!!!
