I signed up the Key Largo Bridge Run!!! I will do a 10K on Saturday, November 13. Isn't that exciting!! Last year, I walked the 5K and I had alot of fun. This year I will do the 10K and hope that my knee does well. Herman will be doing the half marathon. It is a beautiful trail over the Jewfish Creek Bridge into the stretch and back. I am looking forward to this!!
Today was Day 6 of the diet. It has gotten much better in regards to food lol
I said it once and I will say it again, nothing beats Weight Watchers!!
Breakfast = Black Coffee
Lunch = Salad and Tilapia, mentos, 2 Hersheys, 8 Almonds, 1/2 cup ice cream
Dinner = Chicken and Veggies
I have some social event this weekend, so lets see how I do by Monday morning!
