Sweat

You know what makes me sweat like crazy.....landscaping. Any kind of yardwork, makes me sweat so much, that I drench my clothing in sweat lol When you are pulling weeds, you are working your legs and your arms. Another good thing, other than the exercise and the sweat is that when you are done, you have accomplished something for your home. So next time you are bored of whatever exercise you have been doing, then go landscape or wash your car, or clean your house, or organize a closet...IT'S ALL EXERCISE!!!

Snack
Almonds = 2 points
Lunch
Salad = 6 points
Chips = 2 points
Chicken = 2 points
Watermelon = 1 point
Snack
WW chocolate cake = 1 point
Dinner
Soup = 2 points
Total = 18 points

I find it amazing how quickly points add up. 18 points is not much. You really have to be totally aware of everything that goes in your mouth, if you want to lose some weight.

It started raining yesterday while I was walking, so I only got to do one hour. Today, I will try for the hour and a half!!
