Long Weekend Ahead!!!


Not only is it Friday, but it's a long Labor Day weekend and I have Monday off!!!

Weekends like this are hard. It is more difficult to stick to your plan and make the time to exercise. You must be committed and not let anything stop you. Come Tuesday morning, you want to get on that scale and be happy with the numbers that you are seeing.

I did some groceries already of some healthy stuff, so that should help somewhat! Who doesn't like fresh fruits all cut up and ready to go?

Let's fight for our goals, so that we can be closer to achieving them!!

Breakfast
Laughing Cow = 1 point
Bread = 3 points
Snack
Almonds = 4 points
Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sanwich = 1.5 points
Lunch
Salad = 5 points
Snack
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Dinner
Canteloupe = 1 point
Watermelon = 1 point
Jello & Cool Whip = 1 point
Total = 18.5 points
