Lookout Weekend, Here I Come!!!


Tomorrow I have an all day party in Miami Beach! A day of fun and sun on the beach! A day where there will be food and drinks everywhere. A day where I will need to be focused and determined!!

My plans are to have a good breakfast and bring healthy snacks and water. I will also try to walk the beach for a while and do some swimming. I will wake up early and get an hour of walking before I go. I should be fine if I stick to my plan!!

I see 149 in my near future, and it is going to take alot of perseverence!

Breakfast
Fiber Plus Bar = 2 points
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points
Lunch
Bagel Thin = 1 point
Turkey Ham = 1 point
Lite Pepperjack Cheese = 1 point
Mustard = 0 points
Chips = 2 points
Strawberries = 1 point
Fruit Dip = 2 points
Snack
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point

So Far = 13 points

Dinner
Grilled Veggies (olive oil) = 1 point
Grilled Turkey Sausage = 4 points
Salad = 2 points

Total = 20 points

  1. I did real bad yesterday not in food but in drinks....
    Gained 2lbs this morning....oh well tomorrow will be another day!!!
