A Little Help from My Friends - Support

Following a plan is so much easier when everyone around you is also in the same boat!! This time around it is easier for me, because Herman is really trying to lose weight also. He is not tempting me or driving me crazy, by telling me constantly to go out and eat. He is actually enjoying all the foods that I am making for him.

But if someone living with you was not in your game, then you would really have to be stronger and not let it affect what you have planned. You would have to fight hard and not give in to all the temptations. This is my journey and NO ONE can deviate me, but ME.



It also helps when you have the support of your friends. Whether it is a compliment or a healthy meal to share or a comment on the blog, all of it helps!!! The more cheerleaders you have, the easier it is to stay on track!!


Breakfast
All Bran Cereal = 3 points
1% Milk = 1 point
Lunch
1 Bagel Thin = 1 point
1 Veggie Patty = 2 points
1 Lite Cheddar Cheese = 1 point
Lettuce and Ketchup = 0 points
Baked Chips = 2 points
Angel Food Cake = 1 point
Pudding and Coolwhip = 2 points
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points

So Far = 15 points

Dinner will be:
Barbecued Chicken = 3 point
Roasted Veggies = 1 point
1/2 Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich = 1 point

Total = 20 points

Will also walk for an hour when I get home.

I love being in control of myself!!!!

  1. Hey honey bun - you are doing great - keep at and remember to be consistant! That is the key. You CAN and WILL continue shedding and toning!!!

    Start having some protein shakes also. I have one for breakfast before the gym. It really helps me stay more balanced.
