Lunch



This is a typical lunch for me. 3-4 ounces of BBQ chicken, mushrooms and a Sweet Butter Lettuce Salad with pumpkin seeds, a few almonds, grapes, cranberries and granola, with some Simply Dressed Pomegranate Vinaigrette.

When I don't make a salad, I usually will have tomatoes with my chicken.

This meal is very tasty, healthy and satisfying.

When you are eating what you like, there is no reason to not do it.  This is not a diet, it is just a healthy way to eat!
