Tanning the Belly


Sorry I missed writing yesterday's blog, but I spent the day taking my mom to her doctor's appointments.
It's time to bring out my super white belly and introduce it to the sun. It's another one of them mental things, where you look thinner when the belly is tanned and since you are showing it, you tend to work harder to make the muscles stronger.

I really need to get on my mat on a daily basis and do quite a few sets of sit ups. If I start now, I am sure it will make a difference for when we go to the water park.

Let's see if I can do at least 10 minutes a day. No reason why I shouldn't be able to do it!!
Breakfast
Peach = 1 point
Snack
Strawberries and Fruit dip = 2 points
Lunch
One Bagel Thin = 1 point
Asian Veggie Patty = 2 points
Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese = 1 point
Tomato = 0 points
Ketchup = 0 points
Baked Chips = 2 points
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points
So far = 12 points
Dinner
Veggies = 2 points
Fish = 3 points
Pineapple = 1 point
Fruit Dip = 1 point
Total = 19 points
What is it going to take to get you mentally THERE?

  1. Sounds like you are doing great! Keep up the good work... Just some info for you... if you want some good exercises for a flat belly you should really look into yoga poses..they are less stressful on the body and you'd be amazed at how they work all areas of the abs... and they allow for additional benefits such as better breathing and better digestion too! Just a thought... so you can keep it interesting! :) Arleen

  2. I wish I had time to go do some yoga. I have been thinking about getting some exercise dvd's, but I still would have to find time because as it is, we walk an hour a day.

  6. yeah, and I haven't found one day to do it. After we walk an hour, I have to cook, clean and watch tv and be on the computer lol I need more Time in my life lol
