Starting Weight: 170 lbs
Last Weeks Weigh In: 158 lbs
Today's Weight: 156.5 lbs
Weight Loss This Week: 1.5 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 13.5 lbs
Goal Weight: 135 lbs

Not too shabby huh? lol It was great staying on program this weekend and I got to put in alot of exercise also. It was so hot and muggy, but the walks were great!!

I have to put in 4 good days of eating and exercising before we leave to the waterpark this weekend. I am still trying to get to 154 before Friday!!!
