That is my current picture, let's see if the first 10 pounds makes a difference. Sometimes you lose weight and you cannot even tell unless you look at a picture.

Goal Weight: 135
Even though I have lingered at this weight forever, I am still happy because I have kept off 28 pounds for a LONG time. Now its time to lose some weight and stop this sorta maintenance, even though I am dieting lol What a waste of time to constantly be trying to lose weight, when in reality, I could do so much more and actually lose weight. I feel like I have been dieting for over 20 years hahaha. I want to finally lose the weight, and continue to eat healthy, exercise and be totally happy with my body. Is that possible? HELL YEAH!!!
My weekend was very well planned out and I did great! At the wedding there were awesome Mojitos, the best I have ever had, and the food was really good!! I had a light breakfast and saved up all of my points for the evening. Once I drank and had dinner, all I had was water and then I danced for about 3 hours!! I was drenched in sweat and I felt good!!
I didn't get to do any exercise on Sunday, because I was too tired from the night before lol I have a bad knee, so it was kinda swollen.
This morning I woke up a little earlier and I made an Egg McMuffin sandwich that was only 5 points.
Bagel Thin = 1 point
1 egg = 2 points
1 Sargento reduced Provolone cheese = 1 point
a bit of FF creme cheese and jelly = 1 point
Breakfast = 5 points
1 Bagel Thin = 1 point
1 Morning Star Veggie Burger = 2 points
Baked Chips = 2 points
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Grapes = 1 point
String Cheese = 1 point
Hot Chocolate = 1 point
Points so far = 14 points
I feel psyched and totally in control - WHAT A FEELING!!!
