If you want to see weight loss, you must be persistent! You must eat healthy and you must continue through the weekend.  Sure there are special occasions, but when those days come, then watch your portion and don't undo what you worked so hard to achieve.

If you put garbage in your mouth, eventually it may show up on that scale.  Limit the junk, because sometimes if you just sacrifice for a few months, it will put you in the right frame of mind.  Once you are in right frame of mind, then you will have more power to control your portion size.

There are times that you eat so healthy and the scale just sits there and does not move....don't worry about it....be persistent and it will eventually drop!

Today is a group meeting day, so lets see how that goes!
