FIRST GOAL ACHIEVED!!!!!!
Even though there was a party, I stuck to my plan, I did all my exercise and now I got my reward!!! This feels GREAT!
Next Short Term Goal: 154 lbs.
It would be nice to achieve this goal, before I go to the water park in two weeks!!

Turkey Ham = 1 point
Creme Cheese and Jelly = 2 points
OJ = 1 point
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points
Lunch
1 Flatbread = 1 point
Turkey Ham = 1 point
Lite PepperJack Cheese = 1 point
Tomato = 0 points
Chips = 2 points
Strawberries and fruit dip = 2 points
So far = 16 points
Dinner will be:
Cajun Shrimp Gumbo on rice and Salad = 4 points
