Short Term Goal


I want to weight 159!!!!! I want to get on that scale and see these magic numbers of 159!!!!

And when I see those numbers, there is going to be a line on it, because under no circumstances should I EVER weigh more than 159. That will be my temporary line!!
Do you have a short term goal? Are you trying your hardest to meet it?

Breakfast
Pineapple = 2 points
Fruit Dip = 2 points
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points
Lunch
Sandwich with Bagel Thin, Turkey ham, Lite Provolone, Lettuce and Mustard = 3 points
Chips = 2 points
WW chocolate Cake = 1 point
Snack
Grapes and String Cheese = 2 points
Dinner will be
Salad = 2 points
Turkey Burger = 3 points
1/2 Skinny Cow = 1 point

Total = 20 points

Last night I walked for an hour.

  2. Looks like you are doing Great Melinda, keep up the good work! From the looks of all you've been doing lately you need to be very proud of yourself.. as a daughter,sister, mother, wife etc. Stay strong!
    Idea for a good sandwich when you don't want to use bread.... Use some cucumbers sliced lengthwise with some cold cuts and a spritz of olive oil, or your favorite low cal dressing you'd be surprised how yummy that tastes and you can save the carbs for something better. Love, Arleen : )
