I know that I look much better than when I started, but when I look at a picture, I realize that I have a long way to still go!!! I don't want to be comfortable where I am at...I want to fight to finally attain the goals that I have set for myself. No time for slackers....

I am still walking every night for one hour. If you are curious about Herman, he is still lingering at the 30 pound weight loss. Hopefully he buckles down and fights for the next 10 pound loss.

Hey Girlie... glad to hear you had a great vacation.... You should be very proud that you were able to go on vacation on lose weight.... that's not easy to do. So stay strong and you are going to be at your goal weight before you know it. Hope you have a great 4th of July!
