Simple isn't it? NO THANK YOU. Say it and mean it! NO THANK YOU! Sometimes that is all it takes...NO THANK YOU. If you don't use those 3 little words, then you will never be commited to losing weight. I'm not saying that you have to use them all the time, because if you journal, you should know what you can and cannot eat. I am saying, that when you start your journey, try using these words often, until you feel like you are in control!!! Your body will love you for it!.
Breakfast

Snack

Turkey Ham = .5 points
Lite Provolone = 1 point
Lettuce and Mustard = 0 points
Strawberries and Fruit Dip = 2 points
Snack
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
So Far = 10.5 points
Dinner
Salad = 3 points
Veggie Patty = 2 points
Lite Bread = 1 point
Strawberries and Lite Cool Whip = 2 points
Total = 18.5 points
I walked yesterday for an hour and will be doing the same today. One more day of perfect eating and then the challenge begins on Thursday!!
