I have been doing awesome!!! I haven't missed a day of walking in I can't even remember when!!
Saturday, we had a birthday dinner party and I calculated the meal to be about 50 points. That day, I walked for an hour after I woke up and I ate very very light during the day. I had not touched my 35 extra points that week, so I was confident that I could eat everything in moderation. The food was so good, and I wanted more at that moment, but after a few minutes, I knew that I was full and content.
On Sunday, I wanted to get more exercise in, so I walked one hour and thirty minutes in the morning, I landscaped for 2 hours and then I walked for another hour before going inside. I was melting with sweat, with the landscaping. I really should have showered and changed my clothing before the next walk, because my bathing suit was drenched in salty sweat. By the end of the walk, I was very uncomfortable. After I showered, I felt like a million bucks again!
Can you believe that I am 7 pounds away from my goal weight!!! amazing!!!
Sandy gave me her fat jeans and they fit me perfect, in fact, I am sure they will be too loose very quickly!!!

So happy to hear you're so close to your goal weight!
ReplyDeleteI have to look through my closet to see if there's any more things I can give you. Those were stretchy jeans...that's why I think they fit you so well.
Melinda, that is fantastic!!! walking makes such a difference but is such a sacrifice!!!! I on the other hand gained 2 lbs this weekend...I need to do something drastic....
ReplyDeleteSandy, keep looking lol
ReplyDeleteYoli, you do not need anything drastic! You need commitment, like you always have done it. Sacrifice a month or two and you will be at goal weight before Thanksgiving. Just think how nice to be at goal during the holidays!!
