Losing Weight Makes You Look Younger
Yes, it is true, that losing weight will make you look younger! Sometimes you have to let the skin get used to the weight loss, but the proof is in the picture. Not only do you look better physically, but you have more energy and you have more confidence in yourself. My soul has always been young, so now I have to make sure that my body feels the same way. It will take losing more weight and working out, and I am prepared to do both. Yes, he got back on the 13 day diet and lost the 10 pounds in 4 days. He wants to continue losing now, but he is bored of that diet. so I will get him doing the Sacred Heart Medical Diet now lol
