Don't Let Anything Stop You


Don't let anything stop you!!! Not even rain!! It is just an excuse!! Go to the gym or turn on the TV and exercise to a DVD or an on demand exercise show. Now a days, there are tons of ways to do your exercise, so just get dressed and go do it!!!

It is too easy to think of an excuse to be lazy.... just get dressed and go do it!!

Think of your goals!!!....just get dressed and go do it!!

Want to see results...then just GET DRESSED AND GO DO IT!!!

Breakfast
Black Coffee = 0 points
Breakfast Bread = 2 points
Snack
Almonds = 2 points
Lunch
Salad = 6 points
Canteloupe = 1 point
WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Snack
Almonds = 1 point
Sugar Free Rice Pudding = 1 point
Dinner
Chicken = 4 points
Corn = 2 points
Total = 20 points

When I get home I will do a long walk of one hour and 30 minutes with Herman.

Herman has been maintaining, but starting today, he is exercising again and sticking to his diet!
