I am going to be walking a 5K Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer tomorrow morning!! I am going to make this a weekend of lots of exercise and eating right. I have to find a way to break this damn plateau. Let's see what the scale says on Monday

Black coffee = 0 points
Lunch
Salad = 5 points
Steak = 6 points
Dinner
Turkey Ham = 1 point
Yogurt = 2 points
I won't give up and the good thing is that I really do not have a drop dead deadline, so when I get there, I get there. The important thing is that I won't give up!!!!
