Grilled Veggies = 1 point
Tomato = 0 points
3 Boiled Eggs = 6 points
Snack
Chocolate = 2 points
Dinner
Chicken = 3 points
Control the cravings for Candy....it will always be there anyways!!
Gonna walk tonight and stay active!!
