Nada!

Zero changes, nada, zippo, nico james...NADA!!! Shame on me dammit. I am furious that I cannot get my ass in gear. And it really has been from one eating engagement to another.

I gotta take it one meal at a time, one day at a time!

Hopefully, next time, I will be able to tell you that things are better!! I GOTTA MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Gotta Change My Life

Remember when I said how easy dieting was when you were in the zone? Remember when I said how hard it is when you fall out of the zone and you want to get back in? Well that is where I am at right now. I WANT TO BE IN THE ZONE!!!! Everyday I tell myself that today will be perfect and everyday I screw it up. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR .....talk about getting pissed at myself.

I have 24 days till Sandy's Bridal Shower and I need to make some commitments and I need to stick to these commitments. I am almost afraid to write them down, but here goes....

I WILL NOT EAT SUGAR until the shower and I will cut back on the carbs until then also!!


I WILL EXERCISE 6 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK, IF NOT 7. 1 Hour PER DAY


My dinners will consist of barbecue meat with salad and/or veggies.


omg, if I can just do one entire great week, I will do good....I GOTTA DO THIS!!!!!!

Here we go again....

I will never never never give up!! It may take me forever, but I will never be a quitter.

I can't believe that a month has almost gone by. Shame on me!!! I am still walking everyday, but the eating department needs a big improvement.


I will be going dress shopping on May 18, and my goal is to drop 15 pounds by then and then another 5 -10 by the wedding. I can do this, if I put my mind to it and stop deviating from a healthy diet.


My last weigh in here was 154. I now weigh 157. It's time to see the numbers go down and I especially MUST BE UNDER 150!!!

Dirty Word - Toilet


It's so nice to eat and go to the bathroom immediately. That is how I am, and it makes me my tummy feel like it's on empty. When you eat a balanced meal then the plumbing in your body should be working like a charm. Fiber and Fats is the name of the game. You must eat enough of them in order to not be constipated! Do you need to change up your diet? If you are full of shit, then make a change and you will feel, so much better!!

We have been walking every single night!!! We have been eating right, every single night!! SO FAR, SO GOOD!!

Here we go again...

OMG, I have been reading my last few posts and I have been horrible!!! lol The mind plays such wicked games, so, there must be a fat ass in there fighting against a healthy, trimmed person. I WANT to do the right things to meet my goals, yet I don't follow through... PISSES THE SHIT OUTTA ME!!!

The good thing is that everyday, every meal is a new beginning...so I just start again. I will begin to blog again!!! I have already started to walk on a daily basis, so that is the part that I am doing well on!!! Something is better than nothing!!!

March is going to be a VERY, VERY GOOD MONTH!!!

Time Management


Why am I so busy all the time? I have no little kids, except for my mom, so you would think that I would have alot of time to do things, but I don't. I was able to do exercise only once during the weekdays and that is not enough.

Even though Herman is always starving when I get home, I need to get him used to just walking when I first get home. Once I am inside cooking and cleaning, I lose interest in walking, because I think I have too much to do.

I have to make changes and I must do them now,. It is so important to be on an exercise routine. Let's see how I can make changes for next week. I would love to wrap up the month with a five pound loss.

I know I haven't posted any weigh ins and that is because nothing has really happened. Once I get my exercise routine in tact, I will begin the weekly weigh ins!!

Weekend Update


It was a fun weekend, but it was a hard weekend lol Alot of socializing, so food and drinks were a problem. I didn't do too bad on the food, but I did have a few drinks, and they were good drinks lol

I will be walking every evening this week. Exercising always helps in the eating department. I have to make it a point to get out of work on time, so that I can put in an hour walk!!

If I plan and prepare, this should be a good week. Gotta make it happen.
