Zero changes, nada, zippo, nico james...NADA!!! Shame on me dammit. I am furious that I cannot get my ass in gear. And it really has been from one eating engagement to another.
I gotta take it one meal at a time, one day at a time!

You gotto get motivated again....just think of Sandy's wedding and what you're going to wear...you can make it happen...there is still plenty of time...go walk during lunch time...I find that's the only way I can get some excercise in cause when I get home I'm too tired or lazy... Also....if the new ww point system is not going well for you try going back to the old way...its working for me!
