So after a couple of days in Orlando, a party on Sunday and a dinner on Sunday night, I still managed to lose one pound. Win!!!
Believe it or not, this is getting easier and eating healthy is becoming easier to choose.
We walked a half marathon on Friday at Hollywood Studio and EPCOT. You are so entertained that you don't even notice how much walking you actually do!!!
12 pounds to go....Slowly but surely, I will get there!!!
