This was a crappy weekend of eating. It is so much harder to stick to your diet when people are around you!! I still managed to do all my walking, but the eating department was a little too busy. Oh well, I am not gonna beat myself up about it. I had alot of good lobster, that I enjoyed!! Luckily lobster is only 1 point for 2 ounces.
I am back on track today and will look forward to next week's weigh in.

WW Chocolate Cake = 1 point
Dinner
Chicken = 3 points
Potato = 2 point

Hopefully this week, I will not feel like worms are emptying out my stomach lol

ReplyDeleteBy making cake and cookies over the weekend your hurting yourself and everyone who eats them (although it was the most delicious stuff ever lol). A couple months ago you wouldn't DARE make that.
I'm sure seeing a gain motivated you to get back on track this week!
oh yeah. I have been doing really good. what i am looking forward to is maintaining. I think this time, I will know how to do it, because I actually enjoy eating healthy and I can eat sweets now without pigging out on them.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, Herman has no control when I bake. Just the thought that it is there, makes him want to continue eating, so until he gets some control or loses more weight, I can't bake anymore. My mom will have to just eat the goodies that I hide in the house for her lol
I need to hit 139 already!!! so lets get working on it!
