This is the year to hit goal weight. I did pretty good last year, but I screwed it up at the end. Oh well, can't look back...gotta look at the present and future to see what you gotta do to get where you want to go.
I started the 13 day diet today. I did all my groceries and cooked my lunch and had it ready to go for this morning. I had black coffee in the morning and then, dummy me, left this morning and I totally forgot my lunch. Luckily, when I went downstairs to the cafeteria, they had everything that I needed for lunch.... 3 hard boiled eggs, tomatoes and steamed veggies. Great....I am on track! I will have a piece of grilled chicken later and a sugar free jello with sugar free cool-whip.
I am not horribly hungry, but I do have my rough moments. I will get through them and I will survivive!
Today's Numbers:
Starting Weight: 170 lbs
Last Weigh In: 146 lbs
Today's Weigh In: 158.5 lbs
Weight Loss This Week: gained 12.5 lbs
Total Weight Loss: 11.5 lbs
Goal Weight: 135 lbs
I know that I did really shitty during the holidays!!! sucks, and all I can do is learn from it. Eating out of control is an addiction and it is very hard to be in control. I will do better next time!!!
Gotta find my inner strength so that I can accomplish my goal!
