I did great during Thanksgiving week!  Everything was under control, thank God!  I am glad to get back to the routine though lol.


I have nothing this week to tempt me, so that is a good thing! Next week I have Progressive Dinner with the group, so lets see what they cook up!!

Todays Weigh In: 140.5

Weight loss this Week: .5 lb

Total Weight Loss: 17.2 lbs

Goal Weight: 129

Pounds left to goal weight........11.5 lbs


It's been up and down for a couple weeks. Though I have been sticking to plan, it has been difficult to get out of the 140s.  I am eating right and being active, but no movement on the scale.


With Thanksgiving coming up on Thursday, I am curious to see what the scale does.  I don't plan on pigging out. I will eat as if it was a normal day.  I don't want to back track now at all.  I want to see 139 on the scale, by the end of the month!!!


No work on Thursday or Friday, so its a great time to be a little more active than usual.


Happy Thanksgiving and don't go crazy eating, because it's really not worth it!

Absolutely no weight loss to show for this week!  I truly think this is a plateau, because I have done a lot of walking and I have been eating right.


Even though it pisses me off lol, I am still ok, with it, because like I said, this is a very long, long journey and I am in it for the long haul lol.

So after a couple of days in Orlando, a party on Sunday and a dinner on Sunday night, I still managed to lose one pound. Win!!!

Believe it or not, this is getting easier and eating healthy is becoming easier to choose.

We walked  a half marathon on Friday at Hollywood Studio and EPCOT.  You are so entertained that you don't even notice how much walking you actually do!!!

12 pounds to go....Slowly but surely, I will get there!!!

Today was a Weight Watcher Day



Yes, today was Weight Watchers and I dropped another 2 pounds!!  How exciting!!

I will be at Hollywood Studios tomorrow, so I have some healthy snacks in my bag, I know that I have the yummy strawberry popsicles to eat on the streets and I have one great sit down meal.

I plan to do alot of walking, standing and dancing around from happiness lol

I would love to weigh in on Monday and have lost another pound!  I just have to make it happen!

I did great this weekend!  I ate my lunch before attending any of  the parties. I left enough calories so that I can indulge in any treat that I wanted.  I was totally under control!

I did my groceries last night and prepped my lunches for the week. I am totally prepared for this week!!

Slowly but Surely


Every little bit, gets me closer to my goal!!

On Weigh in Wednesday, I showed a loss of 2.2 lbs.  I am super thrilled with that!! At Weight Watchers on Thursday, it showed that I stayed the same.  Now remember each weigh in, is a separate week.  I believe that last week I had a drop in scale after the Weigh In Team Meeting, so slowly but surely I am getting closer to my goal.

I can't wait to get to 139!!  Though that is not my goal, that is my next goal!!

I have a party tonite, Halloween party tomorrow and another party on Sunday!!!  I really have to stay focused and I WILL!!
